I'll work with you to set achievable, realistic goals. My approach integrates Psychodynamic Theory with evidence-based cognitive restructuring. Cognitive restructuring skills involve being able to identify irrational, unhelpful thoughts so you can reframe them in a more helpful way. It’s about realizing that thoughts are not facts, and we do not have to suffer through believing them.
